Developed and executed the workplace research program for the 375,000 square foot LEED Silver Shanghai Zizhu R&D Campus, collocating three business units in one unified facility. Managed the interior design and furniture selection including implementation of new ergonomic and sustainable bamboo workstations. Collaborated on the change management and communications programs with local HR and business leaders.
